Warranty

Hospitality IDS assures its direct purchasers that its merchandise will stand free of imperfections in craftsmanship and materials, under regular use and maintenance, for a span of Five (5) years from the dispatch date of the primary product delivery. An exception is made for quartz/stone tops which come with a warranty for a period of Two (2) years. The start date for all warranty periods is the dispatch date of the primary product delivery.

The buyer’s recourse under this Assurance is confined to either mending or substituting, as chosen by Hospitality IDS. All claims regarding faulty merchandise must be officially submitted to the designated representative of Hospitality IDS at the mentioned address; via our customer service channel at contact@hospitalityids.com; or by reaching out to the Hospitality IDS helpline at 281-972-5220 and conversing with an official representative.

Hospitality IDS won’t be held accountable for mending or substituting products that undergo damages due to user modifications, the addition of third-party components, misuse, abuse, improper set-up, alterations, or careless utilization. Damages incurred from unauthorized mending or unsuitable maintenance, which includes, but isn’t restricted to, the application of abrasive cleaning agents, water and other liquid cleaners, or any chemicals negatively affecting the product’s finish or structure, aren’t encompassed under this assurance. Following the industry standard, stone tops must be sealed right after installation and subsequently as per the sealing product’s recommendation for warranty coverage. Items utilized for purposes other than their designated use aren’t included under this assurance.

Hospitality IDS will convey any assurance from the original equipment producer (OEM) that applies to client-specified materials.

EXCEPT FOR THE ABOVE STIPULATIONS, THERE ARE NO ADDITIONAL GUARANTEES, EITHER DIRECT OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO GUARANTEES OF MARKETABILITY OR SUITABILITY FOR SPECIFIC APPLICATIONS. HOSPITALITY IDS SHALL NOT BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, LOST PROFITS RESULTING FROM PRODUCT FLAWS, DELAYED DELIVERIES, OR OTHER VIOLATIONS BY HOSPITALITY IDS.
