Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms of Service

Greetings from Hospitality IDS! This digital platform, www.hospitalityids.com (referred to as the “Platform” and including any subdomains), is the proprietary property of Hospitality IDS (“our,” “us,” and “we”). These terms of use (the “Terms”) direct your access to and the utilization of the offerings on this Platform (the “Offerings”). There may be specific features of the Platform with their distinct guidelines and conditions, which, when present, will be conspicuously shared or accessible to users (“you,” or “your” including any business you may represent) and are hereby integrated by reference.

IT IS ESSENTIAL TO THOROUGHLY PERUSE THESE TERMS. THESE TERMS REPRESENT A LEGALLY BINDING CONTRACT BETWEEN YOU AND HOSPITALITY IDS. IN ACCESSING THIS PLATFORM AND ITS ASSOCIATED OFFERINGS, YOU WHOLLY AGREE TO ADHERE TO THESE TERMS, ALONG WITH ALL DISCLAIMERS AND CONSTRAINTS OF LIABILITY OUTLINED HERE, AND CONFIRM THAT YOU POSSESS THE COMPLETE AUTHORITY, BOTH LEGALLY AND OTHERWISE, TO ENGAGE IN THE USE OF THE OFFERINGS. SHOULD YOU DISAGREE WITH ANY COMPONENT OF THESE TERMS, YOU MUST REFRAIN FROM ACCESSING OR UTILIZING THIS PLATFORM AND ITS OFFERINGS.

THESE TERMS RESTRICT THE RECOURSES IN CASE OF A CONTROVERSY AND STIPULATE THAT ANY CONFLICTS MUST BE ADDRESSED THROUGH MANDATORY ARBITRATION. THIS IMPLIES YOUR AGREEMENT TO INDIVIDUALLY SETTLE DISPUTES FOLLOWING THE ARBITRATION CLAUSES OUTLINED BELOW, RATHER THAN SEEKING REDRESS IN A LEGAL COURT OR VIA A GROUP LAWSUIT.

We kindly request all communications be in the English language.
